It's an affordable, convenient option for treating many of your medical conditions. Your Teladoc is active the day you become a Remodel Health member and all you need to do is complete your medical profile with Teladoc directly.
Register with Teladoc
Simply complete your profile and you can request a consultation with a doctor. The registration process is simple and the information required to complete registration is include below. You may also complete your registration by calling Teladoc at (800) 835-2362 (800-TELADOC) or registering online. If you call Teladoc, reference Remodel Health - TPA as the company providing the Teladoc benefit or use the Company Code RH0208.
