How Do I Set Up My Teladoc Account?

Remodel Health provides Teladoc as an additional benefit for you and your household. This service gives you access to doctors 24/7 via phone or video consultations. This convenient service is available the day after the onboarding process has been finalized, allowing you to easily treat many medical conditions without leaving your home.

Registering with Teladoc

Before you can use Teladoc, you must complete your medical profile. You can do this online or by phone.

Online Registration

1. Refer to your Teladoc welcome email. If you do not receive an email from Teledoc, please contact your designated Remodel Health Customer Success Representative.
2. Click the link within the email and follow the prompts to create an account.
3. Participants should refrain from referencing any insurance company or insurance plan. 
4. Complete your medical profile with the required information, including the Company Code: RH0208. That code is automatically included when the participant uses the link in the welcome email.

Phone Registration

1. Call Teladoc at (800) 835-2362 (800-TELADOC).
2. Reference "Remodel Health - TPA" as the company providing the Teladoc benefit.
3. Participants should refrain from referencing any insurance company or insurance plan. 
4. Be sure to use the Company Code: RH0208. That code is automatically included when the participant uses the link in the welcome email.
