Add Employee

In order to add an employee, you'll need to

1. Submit

An employee can start on Remodel Health on the first of the month as early as the next month. Remodel Health has no waiting period. The add employee form must be must be submitted by the close of business on the 20th of the month prior to the requested start date. Remodel Health will attempt to enroll approved individuals by the 25th of the month prior to the requested effective month. If the 25th falls on either a Saturday or Sunday, Remodel Health will attempt to enroll the individual on the Friday prior to the 25th.

2. Budget

The employer must provide the monthly Budget the employee will be receiving. Remodel Health utilizes the provided wage increase to assist individuals in finding the best options for their family.  We suggest a Budget of at least $100 per month, but the employer is not obligated.

3.  Approval

Remodel Health will approve and verify the submission with the employer and then notify an Advisor to reach out to the new employee.  

4.  Enrolled

Remodel Health will include the final employee withholding amounts on the next months Payroll Report.
