Why is healthcare.gov sending me notices?
If you have a a plan purchased through the marketplace, healthcare.gov will send you notices of eligibility and changes. If you receive a notice of either a premium change or change in tax credits, it is important that you notify a member of our team by emailing [email protected] or by calling 844.748.3240.
Do not disregard notices from healthcare.gov.
Do not ignore notices that request you to submit documentation or proof of information as this may change your tax credit eligibility.
