The cancellation process, while it may vary depending on your chosen plan or program, is a straightforward and manageable process. Please note that Remodel Health cannot and will not cancel your plan on your behalf. To cancel your plan, please follow these steps:

Contact your insurance carrier directly to terminate your plan.
