Can I Take My Plan With Me?

All plans managed by Remodel Health are individual and not tied to your employer. However, your employer's contribution will end when your employment is terminated. Additionally, Remodel Health will no longer assist with payments once you're no longer employed by an organization on our platform. Many of our members appreciate the flexibility of keeping their plans when transitioning to a new job. 

It is important to realize that individual coverage is not tied to or affected by employment, and it remains even after you leave the organization. Remodel Health does not, and cannot, terminate your individual coverage once you leave the organization. The member is responsible for assuming management and payment of the coverage or taking the required steps to terminate the coverage.
