How Do I View My Benefits Online?

Members can view their benefits when logged into their Remodel Health profile. Once logged in, simply click the My Benefits tab, and a plan card will show the plan's details, including all enrolled individuals, deductible, out-of-pocket maximum, monthly premium, and other plan details.

The summary of benefits, which provides a detailed and thorough overview of all of your plan's benefits, can be accessed from the plan card using the steps below:

1. Click the Actions button in the bottom right corner of the plan card.
2. From that menu, click View Documents.
3. The summary of benefits will then open in another tab or download to your device.

For households with multiple coverages, such as individual coverage for some members and other coverage like Medicare, Medicaid, or CHIP for others, all plan cards will be visible in the My Benefits tab, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the coverage. Note that summary of benefits documents are available only for individual plans through the Marketplace state-based exchanges and off-exchanges. You can contact the state offices or the carrier for assistance if you need detailed information about Medicare, Medicaid, or CHIP coverage.

If your organization offers additional benefits, such as an HRA/Reimbursement Program, MEC, or ancillary benefits, those plan cards will also be shown in the My Benefits tab once you are enrolled in them, ensuring you are aware of all your options.
