What Do I Do With My Monthly Billing Statements?

Remodel Health will manage your monthly payments, making the first payment on your behalf and all future payments through payroll withholding. You'll see a monthly paycheck deduction to cover your insurance premiums.

Even though we're handling your payments, you’ll still receive monthly invoices directly from your insurance carrier. These invoices are for your records and serve as confirmation of your coverage—no further action is needed from you. Just keep them for reference.

However, if you receive any communication indicating a problem, such as a missed payment or possible termination of coverage, please immediately contact your Remodel Health Customer Success Representative (CSR). For assistance, forward any concerning notices to [email protected].

If your organization does not participate in payroll deduction, you are responsible for monthly payments to the insurance carrier. 

As a reminder, Remodel Health does not manage Medicare and Medicaid payments at this time. Please provide your CSR with documentation of any costs you incur so Remodel Health can ensure the monthly contribution is correct and up-to-date.
