When Will I Receive My ID Card?

On average, it takes approximately two weeks after the first payment for your ID card to arrive. However, this can vary depending on the carrier you have chosen. The process and delivery may take longer during open enrollment (usually early November through mid-December).

If you haven't received your ID card after 14 business days, please email your Customer Success Representative (CSR) at [email protected]. Not every carrier's broker portal allows access to member ID information, but if your carrier does, your CSR will be able to obtain it and email it to you. While waiting to receive your ID card, we recommend registering an online account with your insurance carrier, allowing you to access your ID card virtually.
