How it Works

The Flat Budget Model, as the name insists is a flat taxable increase in wages to each employee. The employer can give all employees the same amount or they can give different amounts based on an employee's classification. Remodel Health does not require or mandate an employer to provide specific wage increases, but merely facilitates the employer's decision.

Examples

Single Tier

All employee receive the same amount of wage increase.

Multi Tier

Employee's receive different amounts of taxable wages based on their group plan enrollment level, benchmark eligibility, or employment classification.
