Premium Notices from Carrier

If you receive a bill in the mail, a notice via email, or any delinquent notice please send it to [email protected] immediately.  A member of our team will verify your bill has been paid and provide you with verification.

Do not disregard payment notices, you should always send them to our accounting team for verification.

Do not send payment notices to your employer.  Your employer is not responsible for your individual plan.
