When will I receive my ID card?

On average, it takes approximately two weeks after the first payment has been made for an ID card to arrive, however, it can vary depending on carrier chosen. During open enrollment [usually early November through mid-December], the process and delivery may take longer.

If you haven't received your cards, please reach out to your Customer Success Representative via email at [email protected]. Not every carrier's broker portal allows access to member ID information, but so long as your carrier does, your CSR will be able to obtain and email to you.
